12 Weeks Out!! I have remained the same weight at 126.6, but I am 100% not discouraged as 3lbs in a week was too fast of a drop for me. 

This week my macro goals are as follows:

Calories: 1850 Carbs: 220 Fat: 45 Protein: 145

This is how I did:

Monday: 219 c, 35 f, 160 p

Tuesday: 192c, 30 f, 166 p

Wednesday: 185 c, 25 f, 173 p

Thursday: 200 c, 40 f, 134, p

Friday: 187 c, 30 f, 180 p

Needless to say, I need to follow my macros more. I am still struggling to eat all that I plan too. My goal for next week is to really stick to the plan! Especially my fats....they are lower then I ever wanted to have them during my prep even on peak week!

Here is an example of what I ate Monday:

Breakfast: Vanilla Almond Crunch Quest Bar, 1 Cup Oatmeal

Snack: 4oz egg white, 1 whole egg

Lunch: 1 Pack Lemon Pepper Tuna, 1 Cup Brown Rice, 1/3 Cup Broccoli & Carrots

Snack: Medium Orange, 2 Rice Cakes

Dinner: 5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, 1/3 Cup Black Beans, 1 Scoop Quest Protein Shake

Snack: Whole Container of Arctic Zero Cookie Dough Icecream

Ideas for add more fat: Add avocado oil to my eggs. I will be doing this next week


Sunday: Back Day, 15 min steady state cardio

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: Shoulders

Wednesday: Glute Focus

Thursday: Bi,Tri, 20 min steady state cardio

Friday: Rest

Sat: Heavy Leg

Cardio? My ankle is still hurting when I try to do the treadmill or run outside. Therefore, I have purchased a membership to PF to do my cardio on the elliptical or treadmill.
